Scott P. Rosenberg, AIA,
strives to take this architecture and design practice to new levels
by looking at design from the perspective of the developer's mind. Rosenberg was
formally trained as an architect, then spent time working in house at a real
estate management company and a real estate
investment trust. He furthered complimented his architecture education
by pursuing a graduate degree in real estate
development, to bring the whole
picture of his client's real estate investment, management and development
goals into his design perspective. In 1996, Maleady Rosenberg, P.C. was
formed. In 2002, he bought out his partner and the firm's name was changed to Rosenberg A+I, P.C.
Mr. Rosenberg's expertise
includes
a practical approach to design with
construction costs and financial return in mind. His
recent tasks include tenant and capital improvements, design, construction
administration, adaptive reuse projects, commercial office,
industrial, retail
and multi-family projects, restaurant design,
coordination
with owners, engineers, leasing and construction professionals, zoning
and feasibility, code analysis and
even proforma analysis.
- Before starting the firm, Rosenberg was Vice
President with CSN Management, the then property management arm of
Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, in Kensington, MD,. He also
served as Tenant
Coordinator for First Washington Management in Chevy Chase, MD. Prior
to that, he worked as a Project Architect for Donnally Donnaly Soe Lin in
Bethesda, MD.

- Rosenberg received a Bachelor of Design
(Architecture) from the University of Florida in 1985, a Master of
Architecture from the University of Maryland in 1988, and a Master of
Science in Real Estate (Development) from Johns Hopkins University in 1997.
In Summer 2005, he began as an
Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins, teaching the "Building and Site Design"
class in the M.S. Real Estate Program. Rosenberg is a registered
Architect in MD, DC, VA, NJ, DE, PA, FL and AZ. He is a member of the
American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds a Certificate from the
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
