(pronounced Oh-Zee) is a
swanky, yet casual steakhouse located in the newly developed Maple Lawn area
of Howard County, Maryland. oZ. provides its patrons with individualized
service and a one-of-a kind menu, offering steaks that can be cut to order.
The large selection of lunch, dinner, and house specialty items are designed
to bring a refreshing dining experience to the residents of Howard County
and surrounding communities. Combining unique restaurant features from the
country’s hottest restaurants, oZ. Chophouse is
eye catching with a modern yet rustic feel.

Market and Restaurant, Annapolis, MD.
Casual dining in
this indoor Italian style with open trusses, lighted dome, canopies and an
Italian deli and market retail area. Full selection of wine, cheeses and
specialties from Italy. Formerly known as Cantina D'Italia.
This 5,000 SF Italian restaurant and grille features casual cuisine for 135 patrons, plus a private banquet room, featuring Mediterranean and Italian specialties. Design Award winner from the American Society of Interior Designers, Washington DC Chapter, 2003.
4,000 SF Italian cafe and grille at the neo-traditional village of King Farm. Warm color, glass screens and pendant lighting make this restaurant comfortable. Floor plan was tight, but organization of elements gives it an open but intimate feel. Award of Merit Design winner from AIA, Potomac Valley Chapter, 2002.
Agrodolce Restaurant, Milestone Shopping Center, Germantown, MD.
This 2,500 SF Italian restaurant and grille features informal cuisine for 90
patrons, featuring some very interesting Northern and Southern Italian
specialties. Agrodolce is Italian meaning "bittersweet."
Enotria
Restaurant and Grille, Bel Air, MD. This 6,400 SF Italian restaurant and grille also gets its imagery from the wineries of Italy. Serving traditional southern Italian specialties and seafood, this design included the base building, kitchen and various dining areas for 200 patrons.

2,200 SF in-line Chinese food concept chain. We also were the architects for a larger drive thru model in Baltimore, MD and a mall set up in College Park, MD. We worked with Panda as their local architecture firm implementing their concept.

This 7,500 SF Italian restaurant and grille gets its imagery from the wineries of Italy. Serving traditional southern Italian specialties and seafood, this design included the base building, kitchen and various dining areas for 250 patrons. -

The original 5,500 SF casual pizza and pasta bistro style restaurant places itself in a niche somewhere between a traditional sit-down family style Italian restaurant and the carry-out New York Style pizza parlor. The design includes kitchen, wine room, trellis display, and Italian gelato made on the premises.

This 3,200 SF pizza and Italian restaurant builds on its reputation of its Rockville, MD location to serve quality pizza, pasta and Italian specialties in a comfortable and casual atmosphere. The design includes kitchen, wine display and various dining areas for 96 patrons.

combined 3 former smaller retail stores. Addition for entry tower and
