This 25,000 SF mental health facility for children ages 13-18 in a downtown location. This building was a 15,000 SF warehouse, where we designed a 2-story 10,000 SF addition to convert this abandoned property to become this facility.
A 30,000 SF adult facility in a former 3 story warehouse. The facility houses a pharmacy, medical and treatment rooms, community support, out patient therapy, hearing impaired, geriatrics and mental retardation units, plus conference, support, group rooms, day treatment programs and multi-purpose spaces.
