2-story addition to private school, includes 4 new
classrooms, restrooms and support spaces.
District of Columbia
Adolescent Day Treatment Program, Washington, DC.
Construction is underway on this 25,000 SF education facility for children ages 13-18 in a
downtown location. The building, formerly a
warehouse, completely gutted with new utilities, facelift and interiors for
the school section of the facility. A two-story addition will house the
agency's headquarters and financial departments.

new entrance and
tower, with an elevator and split-level lobbies, to connect the church building
with the school building.
J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home,
Landover, MD.
10,000 SF business and courtyard addition to existing funeral chapel. The new
addition steps down the site with rooflines blending with the existing structure, well
within a very strict time and cost budget.
Dominion Day School,
Springfield, VA.
18,000 SF special education and tutoring facility. This complex was a one-time
industrial distribution center converted to house this specialty school.
